Here we have an opportunity for an Engineer to work in a team that provides technical engineering input, support and advice related to contact systems, both AC and DC.

The successful candidate will produce and update standards, provide assurance of processes and assets, provide direct engineering support to the routes and support R&D of emerging technology and upgrading of existing technology.

In addition, you will have the opportunity to be involved in national reliability projects focused on improving reliability and design aspects of the traction power systems.

The successful candidate should demonstrate a good knowledge of either Overhead Line Equipment and/or Conductor Rail with a mix of route business, maintenance and project experience desirable. Be a self-starter, able to manage own workloads and possess a strong focus on safety.
