Programme Director, Greater Cambridge Busways
Up to £99,088
‘Lead a Landmark Infrastructure Programme’
Our vision is to create a greener, fairer and more caring Cambridgeshire, and we’re already making significant progress towards this objective. This is a career-defining opportunity to help us achieve this, and to lead one of the most ambitious transport infrastructure programmes in the region.
As Programme Director for the Greater Cambridge Busway Schemes, you’ll be at the forefront of delivering a £450 million investment to transform and deliver sustainable transport. This will involve overseeing strategic planning, land acquisition, design, procurement, construction and service launch, and as such you’ll oversee every stage of this high-profile programme.
You’ll work in a complex, multi-agency environment, collaborating with partners including the Greater Cambridge Partnership, Combined Authority, University of Cambridge, and local councils. Your leadership will shape the future of connectivity, growth and environmental sustainability across Greater Cambridge.
This is so much more than a transport role: it’s an opportunity to shape the future of Greater Cambridge. If you’re ready to lead a transformative programme with national significance, we’d love to hear from you.
For an informal discussion about the role please contact Rob Naylor or Ben Cox on 0121 592 2165.
