 This is an exciting time to be part of the team working directly with Mayor Dan Jarvis, the Sheffield City Region Mayoral Combined Authority (MCA), and South Yorkshire Passenger Transport Executive (SYPTE).  Devolution has never been higher on the political agenda, and the Mayoral Combined Authority are playing an increasingly important role in shaping our economy. From transport to housing, from business growth to skills, the MCA has a great story to tell. 

 We are seeking an experienced individual to join our Bus Services team where you will play a part in the development of  a sustainable , customer driven bus network for our region. You will need to demonstrate knowledge of public transport policy and operations. You will already have experience of working within a team environment as well as building and developing key stakeholder relationships that enable working in collaboration with partners in local authorities and the bus operators.

 You will be a persuasive and credible comminutor with well developed negotiating and presentation skills able to review complex data to reach conclusions and make recommendations over the future of the region’s public transport network.
