Oxfordshire is currently experiencing unprecedented growth with approximately 100,000 homes and significant job creation expected over the next 15 years. A number of exciting job opportunities have arisen in the Infrastructure Planning Team at Oxfordshire County Council. Applications are invited for these permanent position in the Oxford Infrastructure Planning Team to the post of Transport Planner, the post is Grade 10 (starting at £29,323).

The post will be responsible for reviewing development proposals and responding to planning application within Oxford. The role will involve transport and development planning work across a variety of sites and developing infrastructure schemes to support growth in Oxford. The role offers an excellent opportunity to build new skills and knowledge, as well as fully utilising existing skills and experience.

The role will be based at County Hall and the county council has adopted agile and flexible working.
