Work Location: Ron Groves House, Kidlington or Drayton Highways Depot, Abingdon

Hours per week: 37

Contract type: Permanent

 

An exciting opportunity has arisen to play a central role with the Traffic Team in the maintenance of the highway network within Oxfordshire; you will be involved with the maintenance of signs and lines, and with the introduction of new traffic schemes within the County.

 

We are looking for a knowledgeable and enthusiastic professional with proven experience of the technical elements and legislation of the introduction and maintenance of signs and lines on the highway network to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team responsible for the highway network.

 

The post is on a ‘career grade’ with a wide salary scale. Starting point on this scale is negotiable depending on skills and experience.
