To manage and provide a broad range of transport modelling, analytical, research and intelligence services to the County Council primarily using the Leicester & Leicestershire Integrated Transport Model (LLITM), supported by other tools, to enable the Authority carry out its transport and land-use planning duties.
To provide competitive commercial internal modelling consultancy service to external LLITM users and manage the LLITM Framework services in accordance with the Department’s new target operating model (TOM); and to open up new markets, help grow the modelling business as an income generating service.
