We’re looking to recruit a customer-focused parking enforcement Team Leader with great communication skills and the motivation to provide excellent services to our residents, businesses and visitors. You will be responsible for the day to day management of the patrolling Civil Enforcement Officers, ensuring their work is carried out to a high standard. You will ensure that all staff are fully trained and any performance issues are dealt with promptly and appropriately. You will also be responsible for recruitment, and rota management. You will also manage some daily operational elements of the parking service.

The successful candidate will need previous experience in a team leader role and be able to prove their ability to lead and develop a team. The candidate will also need a good understanding of community relations together with a good understanding of statutory and regulatory requirements relevant to the role. Legislative training can be provided if necessary.

It would be ideal if you have an understanding of modern technology and how to implement service improvements through digital processes.

You will be based at our offices in Upper Market Street, Eastleigh. It is an essential requirement for this role that you have a clean driving licence.
