Liverpool City Council wish to recruit a Team Leader (Highways Network Management) to lead the operation of the Council’s Intelligent Transport Systems with particular reference to the undertaking of design and maintenance tasks required to discharge that function. Manage the supervision and monitoring of contracts in accordance with statutory and legislative codes of practice.
