Fenland District Council has an ambitious transport strategy for the future to support 11,000 new homes, over 7,000 new jobs and to address existing local transport challenges. Working in partnership, significant new investment has recently been secured to support new transport infrastructure and revenue programmes. We also have additional plans for future success over the coming years. At this stage we require a forward thinking and enthusiastic individual to join our expanding Transportation team.

This role will lead and co-ordinate the delivery of our Railway Station masterplans and the Hereward Community Rail Partnership. You will need strong skills in transport planning, project management and delivery, customer service and negotiating. Leading and coordinating effective partnership working is also a key element of this role.
