An opportunity to join a busy highway development management team with responsibility for responding to consultations on development proposals throughout Leicestershire. The role will involve representing the highway authority throughout the development process from strategic masterplanning and pre application enquiries through to comments on applications, representation at appeal and S106 negotiation. The postholder will be an experienced transport planner and will supervise the caseload of their team as well as representing the department at meetings, exhibitions and seminars.
