An exceptional opening has arisen with our client in Surrey for a Transport Planner at Senior or Principal level.

  Appropriately qualified in a relevant discipline, and with consultancy experience, you will have a technical understanding and broad expertise in the following fields :

Development Planning
Feasibility Appraisal
Transport Assessments
Travel Planning
Traffic Engineering

A good understanding of ARCADY, PICADY, TRANSYT, TRICS, LinSig etc. is also required.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and a strong report writing track record to effectively and successfully liaise with public and private sector clients. You will work on a wide range of interesting projects and take responsibility for supervising and supporting a junior team of Graduates and Technicians.

This presents a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious and enthusiastic individual. Our client will offer a competitive salary which will depend upon the level of the appointment, but likely to be in the range of £34-48,000 p.a., with an additional package of benefits.
