Location: Birmingham
Salary / Package: Negotiable depending on your experience and comes with full company package in the range £70,000-£80,000 (to be assessed on a case by case basis)

Key Responsibilities
• Lead and expand ITP’s International work
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Proactively contribute to company growth
• Supervise and train junior members of staff
Your Background:
• Hold a relevant postgraduate qualification
• We require a minimum of 15 years post qualification experience of working within a transport planning environment or similar
• Have experience working in the International market, including in South East Asia in a transport specific role
• Understand and have a good knowledge of donor banks and working in developing countries
• A deep understanding of transport policy and current issues in developing countries
• Proven general transport planning skills including an understanding of public transport operations
Additional requirements:
• A willingness to undertake overseas travel to service projects and undertake business development
• Comfortable with liaison with clients, officers and senior politicians with full cultural awareness
• Have a strong commercial awareness and a well-established network of industry contacts and positive client referrals
• Good communication skills in both verbal and written English, with experience of being lead author of project reports and proposals
• An interest in leading and expanding ITP’s international work
• Proven ability to manage large and diverse teams
