Help Lewisham get the Bakerloo Line!
Lewisham has a real chance to get the tube network for the first time ever. This is a very real prospect, but it’s not assured.
The Council is hugely positive about the benefits that the Bakerloo Line can bring. We’re now looking for an experienced Transport Planner – Major Projects to help us make sure it happens and that Lewisham takes full advantage of the opportunities it can bring to the borough.
The Role
You’ll act as the key technical lead on transport planning matters for the BLE and other related infrastructure and regeneration projects.
This post is being offered on a 2 year temporary contract but there is possibility of extension beyond this.

Laurence House, Catford

We want credible go getters, who are team players comfortable with working in a truly collaborative way. Applicants should have sound experience of networking with key stakeholders, such as the GLA, TfL, local groups and institutions. A good knowledge and experience of regeneration and an ability to see how strategic infrastructure projects can help the council meet its objectives for the borough will be essential.
