Herefordshire Council has an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated transport planner to join our busy transport strategy team to help shape and influence the future of Herefordshire's transport network and services. You will have the opportunity to work with a range of stakeholders and colleagues to deliver the key transport schemes and projects essential to the growth of the county in a way that fully addresses current environmental and social concerns.  You will be a key member of the team undertaking varied dutues including the development of policies and programmes and securing funding for a wide range of projects across a range of modes.  Experience of data collection and analysis, project management, report writing and stakeholder engagement would be advantageous as would knowledge of transport policies and programmes.
