Kerry Bangle has been appointed as Surface Access Director at Heathrow. She returns to the airports sector having been Head of Rail for the Stansted Generation 2 project team between 2004 and 2008. Her CV also includes two years as Senior Sponsor Area South at High Speed Two and two years as a Manager at Crossrail Ltd. Most recently, she spent five years in a range of roles, most recently as Head of Complex Projects Advisory.
