Rosso is Executive Affairs head at GBR (Anglia)

Dominic Rosso has been appointed Head of Executive Affairs at Great British Railways (Anglia).

Last October Anglia became the third train operator to enter public ownership under the Government’s Passenger Railway Services (Public Ownership) Act, managed through DfT Operator Ltd.

Rosso has spent the past three years at Greater Anglia, most recently as Senior Media, PR and Communications Manager.

Prior to that, he spent two years as Press Officer at the DfT.

He said on LinkedIn: “Five years ago, I was part of the DfT rail communications team helping launch the plans that first set out the creation of Great British Railways. It feels particularly special to now be helping shape what that looks like in practice across Anglia.

“It comes at a pivotal time for the railway. c2c Railway Limited, Greater Anglia and Network Rail Anglia are coming together as one integrated railway, bringing track and train closer together as we move towards Great British Railways.”

Rosso is also a Chelsea Football Club Supporters' Trust (CST) Board Member and Head of Communications at CST.
