Leon Rockall-Kong has taken on the role of Group Head of Data Strategy and Integration at DfT Operator. He will retain his role of Head of Integrated Data Strategy at GBRX, which he started nearly a year ago. Before that he spent two years at Rail Delivery Group as Board Member - Rail Data Marketplace Steering Group.
