Following the government's announcement of the new National Bus Strategy, we are looking to recruit a keen and ambitious individual to lead the development and delivery of the Enhanced Partnership and Bus Service Improvement Plan for Norfolk.

You will have a good working knowledge of public transport legislation and experience of working within a public transport environment, developing and delivering services. You will also have good previous experience of project management, extensive stakeholder engagement, data analysis and reporting and development of ideas through to delivery. Experience of writing funding bids would also be an advantage, as this will be required as the plans are developed, and funding becomes available.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who has a passion for developing, improving and delivering services for the benefit of residents. Exceptional communication and influencing skills are required as you will be dealing with a wide range of people, both internal and external, and you will need to develop good relationships with all Norfolk's bus operators.

We anticipate that working remotely will be a key feature of this role and when offices re-open your office base will be County Hall, Norwich.
