About Us
We are looking for an enthusiastic person to manage our compliance and monitoring team within the Transport Hub. This is an exciting time to join our team, with many innovative and improvement programmes underway and a great opportunity to be part of that. We dare to be different, and better.
The Transport Hub contract over 600 vehicles travelling on East Sussex roads travelling over 30,000 miles a day. There are around 120 different transport operators signed up to our Dynamic Purchasing System, 70 of which are actively involved in the daily transporting of children and vulnerable adults. The service procures transport for over 3,000 children.
It is the role of the Compliance and Monitoring team to ensure the transport procured runs as it should and per the terms and conditions of the contract.
About You
This role will suit someone who enjoys working with people. As well as managing a small team, you will be engaging daily with schools, parents, transport operators and colleagues. You will be adept with data, particularly the use of spreadsheets but keen to explore and implement other systems to store, monitor, analyse and use data to maintain and improve the work carried out by our transport operators.
