PO4: Starting salary £40,653 pa rising in annual increments to £43,503 pa incl LW

The Council manages Parking Enforcement across the borough ensuring high compliance of our Parking and traffic restrictions is achieved. This results in our streets being safer for all road users, less congestion and improved air Quality

The successful candidate for the role of Parking CCTV Manager will have a management background and be highly experienced in Parking Enforcement and CCTV Operations. They will be passionate about service delivery and champion best practice across all functions within the service. They will be an experienced communicator and influencer; initiating collaboration across council services and with partners. Excellent people skills will enable the successful candidate to lead the team to deliver a robust and efficient CCTV Operation and focus on optimizing the efficiencies for parking & highways enforcement services. An excellent understanding of the legislation and technical abilities of the current software and working practices will be essential to optimize the service and ensure any risk is negated. Financial acumen will allow them to manage and monitor the budgets for the team and the resources.
