Job Title: TP&E Senior Manager

Salary: £34,310 - £44,962 (Starting salary dependent on experience)

Location: Glasgow, Scotland

Transport Planning and Engineering (TP&E), the social enterprise established by Cycling Scotland, has grown steadily over the past 10 years and made a major contribution towards Cycling Scotland’s vision of “a sustainable, inclusive and healthy Scotland where anyone, anywhere can enjoy all the benefits of cycling”. Due to the departure of the long-serving Engineering Manager, a fantastic opportunity has arisen for a new Senior Manager to sustain that growth, deliver the business plan and help achieve the organisation’s mission. The Senior Manager has the key role in managing the work of the social enterprise, including: business planning and development, client relationships and overseeing the delivery of projects by the team.

The role is based in Glasgow, with client meetings and site work throughout Scotland as required. The Senior Manager reports to the TP&E Board and is line-managed by the Cycling Scotland Chief Executive. The post sits within the Senior Management Team within Cycling Scotland.
