Location: Observatory House/ Slough Hybrid (minimum 2 days per week in the office)

What you’ll be doing:
Drive the future of transport and infrastructure in Slough. As Transport Team Leader, you’ll lead major highways and public transport projects, shape sustainable travel strategies, improve road safety, and deliver smarter, greener transport solutions that make a real difference to local communities. This is a leadership role where innovation, strategic thinking, and project delivery come together to create safer, more connected, and environmentally responsible streets for the future.

Annual increments, where applicable, are usually payable on 1st April each year, subject to six months service in the post, until the maximum spinal column point of the level has been reached. The payment of annual increments is not automatic and is subject to satisfactory performance as assessed by your director.
