As the General Manager you will lead the operations team and take an overview of the Companies 3 depots in the South West utilising the resources at your disposal to make business based decisions, in the delivery of a top quality service to our customers.
A successful track record of leadership qualities, being a team player and able to remain calm in pressure decision making situations is essential.You should have a high standard of education and be the holder of a CPC, or be willing to achieve CPC status within 6 months of employment; ideally you will also have proven relevant experience of public transport operations management with experience of employee relations.
Reporting directly to the Operations Director, you will have overall responsibility for all aspects of the Business unit and play a pivotal role in the Company development by having the ability to identify opportunities which will grow the business.
