Highways Development Management Engineers – 2 Jobs

Job 1 - Principal Engineer - Salary: £29,033 - £36,937 (Grade 10 to 12)

Job 2 - We are looking to appoint at Engineer, Senior Engineer or Principal Engineer Level dependent on your skills, experience and qualifications. Salary: £15,823 - £36,937 (Grade 4 to12)

Civic Centre 1, Huddersfield

The Investment and Regeneration Service is focused on achieving the safe and efficient movement of traffic around the Kirklees Council’s highway network, bringing environmental improvement benefits to our local communities, and maximising economic development opportunities within the area.

New developments can have a significant impact on the highway and transport network, and that can present a real challenge to local communities and businesses. You will be expected to give advice on developer and Council land use proposals in relation to their transportation impacts.

You must hold a full and valid driving licence and be willing to undertake and pass a Kirklees Council driving test and travel between sites using a Council vehicle.
