Based at Endeavour House, Ipswich

A unique opportunity has arisen to contribute to developing and implementing future work programmes consistent with Suffolk Local Transport Plan.

You will also assist in the preparation and maintenance of strategies, policies and plans covering areas such as asset management, road casualty reduction, bus and rail.

You will need:

•  In depth knowledge of national, regional and local transport policies
•  The ability to research, analyse and interpret data and policies
•  To show evidence of a high level of analytical thinking and problem solving skills
•  The ability to negotiate and influence at all levels
•  To give verbal and written reports and respond  to correspondence.
